... Search and see if there is not some place where you may invest your humanity.

Welcome to PlanetandPeople.com

With over ten years of experience in web development, this project began as a means to serve the nonprofit community, reaching out to the issues that I care most deeply about: the Earth and all living things dependent thereupon. My goal is to help organizations, businesses, and individuals interested in starting a website use technology appropriately to further their cause.

I provide services to clients within the Lexington, KY / Bluegrass area,  as well as national and international organizations. Feel free to contact me about consulting rates, including web design and re-design, online book publishing, outreach services, writing, and more!

My specialties include search engine optimization and web accessibility and usability, striving for standards compliance with Section 508 of the Americans With Disabilities Act. I can help you make your website accessible to all.

Working as a freelance consultant, I am excited about the work that I do and invite you to explore this website to learn more about my services.

Sincerely,

Janet Powell,
MSW (CSW)
